How he kills people: For a sniper rifle, he could shoot about 750 meters when target a person. For a crossbow, he could shoot on top of the tower or top of the roof. He could shoot somewhere when the person is walking. When the person hear the shoot, the look around see a person on top of the roof. When person run for their life, he shoot for the shoulders or the legs. When the person is down, he shoot for the head and the back. 

About him: He was a normal person but when he was eight years old, his parents give their sons to the scientists because they wanted money and they don't even care for their son. The scientist try to put something in him. So the scientists put him in a room for him to sleep. He was really scared what the scientist are doing with him. Then a scientist went in his room. The scientist name is Dr. Lucy. She is the person who took care of him. She was the person who teach him about english, math, science, and social studies. She was the person who was nice to him than his parents. Five years, the scientists was planning on injecting him with the monster DNA. But Dr.Lucy will not let them do it to him. The scientist say no to her and do it right now. Dr.Lucy ran to his room and tell him to get out of here and run away from here. Dr.Lucy grab his hand and run away from this place. But the scientist found him and try to kill Dr.Lucy. The scientist inject the monster DNA to him and to see if it work. But it didn't work, the DNA in him went out of control. It went out of control, he kill every scientist in the place but one live. That scientist name is Dr. Daniel (Aka Dr.Death). He was the one who inject him with the DNA of the monster. He is the one who try to make him perfect to die. Dr. Death try to kill him but Dr.Lucy said his name. He went back to normal. Dr. Lucy save him from being out of control. He hug her and run away with her. Dr.Lucy find him some clothes to change (that what he wear right now). They were almost out of here but Dr.Death kill her with a knife. She was bleeding really badly. Dr.Death was going to kill him, but he found a crossbow and shoot him from the heart. Dr.Death was already dead. He saw Dr.Lucy dying. She told him will he remember her and give him the picture of him and Dr.Lucy. He said yes and took the picture and the crossbow. He ran out of there and went to the forest. When he went to the forest, he met  tall man named Slenderman. Slenderman told what is his name. He told his name is Mark. Slenderman told him if he could change his name to Arrow. He said yes.
